West Gore Creek Remodel – West Vail, Colorado

The original home was built on 1980 with very little street appeal and almost all the original appliances and finishes remained. The Owners desired a complete overhaul with updated finishes and a more Efficient layout and use of space. The lower level was converted from a two bedroom lock-off  to three bedroom as part of the main house and includes a new third bath so each bedroom has a bath. Also on this level is a reconfigured entry, laundry and mudroom. The second living level was completely reconfigured to include a larger kitchen and a new three sided open fireplace which can be seen from almost all the living areas on the floor. To help with curb appeal a grand stone stair was added to the exterior of the home leading to the new entry.
